The People Behind the Beauty

Resident Contributors

Jeanette Hubley-Lasher

Jeanette Hubley-Lasher

Interior Designer · Resident

A resident of 969 Park Avenue and the principal of Hubley Design Interiors, Jeanette has brought her refined aesthetic sensibility directly to the building she calls home. Working in close collaboration with fellow resident Linda Coffey, she led the redesign of the building's entry, lobby, and hallways — transforming them into the elegant, welcoming spaces residents and guests experience today. The result is a seamless blend of classical architecture and contemporary comfort, where Jeanette's design vision and Linda's instinct for warmth and living beauty came together beautifully.

Linda Coffey

Horticulturist · Resident

Linda is the heart behind much of what makes 969 Park Avenue feel so alive. Working alongside Jeanette Hubley-Lasher, she played an integral role in the lobby redesign — contributing her eye for warmth, texture, and natural beauty to a space that now feels as welcoming as it is refined. She continues to tend the lobby with her signature seasonal floral arrangements and carefully chosen plants, curates the building's spectacular rooftop garden terrace, and extends that same dedication all the way to the street, where she personally tends the tree pits along Park Avenue. From sidewalk to rooftop, Linda's touch is everywhere.
