The building is currently undergoing a comprehensive elevator modernization project. This site provides shareholders, contractors, and vendors with all necessary information, schedules, forms, and scheduling tools for the duration of the project.

All work must be scheduled 5 business days in advance

Contractors must be escorted by building staff at all times

No material storage anywhere in the building

Stairwells are not available for contractor use

All vendors & outside workers require proof of insurance and management approval before entry
